Ways We Work
We can structure a variety of arrangements, to facilitate productive and flexible collaborations, that meet your needs and budget:
Project –based: focuses on a specific scope of work such as a fundraising business plan to help kick-start a new initiative and pursue a special fundraising opportunity.
Retainer: is a monthly commitment for a specific scope of work for a contracted period of time.
Interim: arrangement is for those situations where there has been a change in staffing and/or a special fundraising opportunity where an onsite, consistent presence would be most beneficial.
Subcontracting: is geared toward colleagues and professionals who would like to integrate our unique approach/background into one of their initiatives, such as a campaign or hosting a special convening.
By design we take on a limited number of engagements. All work is headed by Melarbit founder and president, Bruce Arbit. Customized to the specifications of the engagement, on an as-needed basis, we have the ability to develop teams, drawn from an established network of trusted advisors/colleagues.
