Dec. 3rd MeetUp in Somerset NJ

FREE MeetUp in Somerset NJ:  Thursday, Dec. 3 from 6-8pm

Join us at one of New Jersey’s most innovative social enterprises. Based in Somerset, NJ, Better World Market is one of several food-based enterprises founded by noted hunger-fighting organization, Elijah’s Promise.  The market sources its products from local NJ farmers and foodpreneurs.

Join us for an evening of networking and two brief presentations, to learn more about this type of local community investing opportunity, all while helping to support a local business and community hub, dedicated to serving the central NJ community. While this MeetUp is free to attend, we hope you will patronize this amazing market by purchasing the food and beverages available.

Jim Zullo, Executive Director, will be joining us to provide a better understanding of Better World Market. Bruce Arbit, Founder, Community Investing Network of NJ will provide additional information and resources about social enterprises and local community investing. And, “Magnify Your Business” Meet-up founder Maria Semple will be featuring her new book. Holiday gifts and food baskets will be available for purchase, so come prepared to shop if you’d like!

I’m teaming up with my colleague, Maria Semple, and her MeetUp group to host this special event.
Space is limited.
